Spent the day in San Antonio TX which is about 65 miles from Lockhart. Pictured here is the Alamo. This is a Texas State Historical Landmark and considered a shrine. Not allowed to take pictures inside but the names of all who died in the battle at the Alamo are listed there.
Davy Crockett was one of those who gave their life defending the Alamo.
